feat: replace lf with yazi file manager

- Create minimal yazi.toml: show_hidden, scrolloff=10, mtime linemode
- Create keymap.toml: shell access (!), bookmark dirs (g r/./x/s/S)
- Add y() shell wrapper for cd-on-exit to zshrc
- Add yazi section to KEYBINDS.md
- Remove old lf config
