fix: remap alacritty scroll bindings to avoid zellij conflict
Alt+[/] for ScrollLineUp/Down conflicted with zellij's
Alt+[/] GoToPreviousTab/GoToNextTab — alacritty intercepted
them before zellij could see them.
Remap to Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down which don't conflict.
