Subject: chore: remove tmux config

Fully migrated to zellij. All 14 TPM plugins are replaced by zellij
built-ins or smart-splits.nvim. Session resurrection, clipboard,
mouse mode, pane management, gruvbox theme, and session manager
are all native zellij features.
